2、交易媒介。用户在NEAR交易时需要使用NEAR作为交易媒介。
3、用于网络治理投票，以决定网络资源的分配方式以及协议未来的技术方向。

NEAR代币的发行量不是简单的通胀，而是一种动态机制，即当交易规模到达一定程度后，NEAR将会进入通缩阶段。
