OpenAI upgrades Codex experience: Supports hover-to-jump and zoom alignment for long dialogues.
According to Bijie.com, OpenAI released a Codex update this week, resolving issues with inconvenient navigation in long conversations and misalignment of interface elements when scaling. For long conversations, Codex introduces a navigation track, allowing users to preview and jump directly to the next conversation turn by hovering the cursor over the edge of the slot. Simultaneously, thread scrolling is smoothed, automatically maintaining the browsing position when switching within long conversations. Alignment protection has been added to the interface when scaling, ensuring that elements such as prompts, menus, and dialog boxes are not misaligned. The update also expands the search scope, adds a dedicated panel for pets, and simplifies archive management. The update reduces the background workload of thread switching and supports segmented loading of deeper local history. Regarding cross-platform interaction, copying text from Codex to Slack now retains Markdown formatting, and the issue of the interface freezing when pasting large blocks of text has been fixed.

This dramatic drop in actual usage costs is key to reshaping the unit economy of the professional services industry. DCG's Yuma launches the Bittensor ecosystem fund, giving new impetus to decentralized AI storytelling following the limitations of the Anthropic model.
BlockBeats reported on June 28th that Yuma, an investment firm under Digital Currency Group (DCG), announced the launch of the Yuma Total Market Fund. This fund provides institutional investors with diversified exposure to the Bittensor ecosystem, encompassing the native token TAO and a basket of AI-focused subnets. Investors can participate in the entire ecosystem without having to manually select individual subnet tokens. The fund has secured seed funding from an undisclosed pegged investor.
Bittensor is a blockchain network supporting decentralized AI infrastructure and application development, currently comprising 128 subnets. The TAO token has a market capitalization of approximately $2.4 billion. Institutional interest in Bittensor continues to grow—in April of this year, Grayscale increased the weighting of TAO in its decentralized AI fund to 43%; Bitwise also applied to the SEC for a TAO strategy ETF in the same month; Grayscale simultaneously submitted an application to convert its existing Bittensor Trust into a spot TAO ETF and list it on the NYSE Arca.
The decentralized AI narrative recently received an unexpected boost. The U.S. Department of Commerce, citing national security and export control concerns, suspended public access to Anthropic's Fable 5 and Mythos 5 models, sparking widespread market concern about the risks of reliance on centralized AI vendors. A Grayscale research director stated that this event "highlights the risks of centralized AI control," and expects investors to turn to decentralized AI alternatives such as Bittensor. However, the restrictions are gradually easing—the Department of Commerce restored access to Mythos 5 on Friday, and Axios reports that the Trump administration is expected to allow Fable 5 to resume public access as early as next week.
