A long position of 403.44 BTC was established using 10x leverage, with a position value of approximately $31.49 million.

Using 12x leverage, I went long on 4781 ETH, with a position value of approximately $11.75 million.

The two long positions are worth a total of approximately $43.24 million, and currently have a combined unrealized loss of approximately $362,000.

According to a Bloomberg report on August 30th, trading volume in Samsung Electronics and SK Hynix's 2x leveraged ETFs has fallen to 4% of their June peak, and these products may record their first monthly net outflow since their launch in August. South Korea has been tightening trading rules since July, with the mandatory simulated trading requirement taking effect on August 19th considered a significant reason for the decline in retail investor participation.

Under the new regulations, investors must complete a five-day demo trading course, download a Windows-only program on their computers, and trade with virtual funds for at least one hour daily. Samsung Electronics and SK Hynix-related leveraged ETFs were launched in May of this year, originally intended to attract retail investors back to the South Korean domestic market. During peak trading periods, the combined trading volume of these leveraged ETFs and the two chip companies' stocks accounted for more than 80% of the total trading volume of the South Korean stock market, causing significant market price volatility.

Data shows that related ETFs experienced a net outflow of approximately $1 billion in August, with assets under management falling from a peak of $11.4 billion in late June to $5 billion on August 27. Besides regulatory restrictions, market concerns about the high capital expenditures and commercialization prospects of the AI industry triggered multiple rounds of global tech stock sell-offs, also contributing to the decline in asset size.

Bloomberg Intelligence analyst Rebecca Sin said that capital outflows are likely to continue in the short term as regulators continue to tighten rules. Cooling trading activity has also eased market volatility, with the volatility index for the Korea Composite Stock Price Index (KOSPI) falling to around 50 from 97 in late June, a four-month low. The benchmark KOSPI has risen 61% this year, but is still 25% below its record high reached two months ago.
