The LSE will partner with Payward, the parent company of Kraken, to explore ways to support the development of a tokenized public stock market with regulated market infrastructure and digitally native distribution. This work will consider the support of LSEG's digital securities depository for settlement and asset services, both subject to regulatory approval. As part of its market infrastructure modernization plan, LSEG will also advance its 24-hour trading platform, LSE 24, digital securities depository, and digital clearinghouse. Upon obtaining regulatory approval, the LSE plans to list xStocks on LSE 24 and commence trading in 2027.

According to official news, Aave governance proposal AIP-514 has been officially passed, and Pendle PT-USDG is now a supported collateral asset on X Layer under Aave V3, further integrating the Pendle fixed-income market with the Aave lending protocol.
