博链财经BroadChain获悉，6月6日，红杉资本（Sequoia Capital）将拆分为三家公司，红杉中国（Sequoia China）将更名为HongShan。
红杉印度和东南亚部门将更名为Peak XV Partners，红杉美国和欧洲企业将保持与红杉资本原品牌的隶属关系。
