博链财经BroadChain获悉，8月19日，据Cointelegraph，上周荷兰财政信息和调查局 (FIOD) 以涉嫌使用基于 以太坊 的隐私工具洗钱和隐瞒犯罪资金流动的罪名，逮捕Tornado Cash开发者Alexey Pertsev。
Alexey Pertsev妻子Ksenia Malik在接受采访时证实目前一直没有机会与他联系，甚至连一个简短的电话都不能。
Ksenia Malik表示，“一个人因编写开源代码而被捕，这对我来说是非常意外的，目前荷兰当局已经完全禁止Ksenia Malik（或任何人）与Alexey Pertsev进行任何联系。”
