【纽约州州长签署法令，暂停 PoW 挖矿活动】

链科天下消息，纽约州州长凯西·霍赫尔 (Kathy Hochul) 于 11 月 22 日签署了暂停工作量证明 (PoW) 挖矿的法律，使其成为美国第一个在两年内禁止任何 PoW 加密货币挖矿活动的州。这项 PoW 挖矿禁令不仅会禁止新的挖矿业务，还会拒绝为已经在该州运营的人续签许可证。 该州任何新的 PoW 挖矿业务只有在使用 100% 可再生能源的情况下才能运营。这项 PoW 挖矿法案于今年早些时候在州议会首次通过，随后于 6 月获得州参议院的批准。 由于游说者的压力和实现其碳排放目标，该法案最终由州长 Huchkul 签署成为法律。
