凹凸世界母公司MultiMetaVerse计划收购摩尔庄园背后淘米72.81%股份

博链财经BroadChain获悉，1月13日，凹凸世界母公司MultiMetaVerse(NASDAQ:MMV)计划收购摩尔庄园背后淘米72.81%股份。
若收购完成，MultiMetaVerse的IP组合将获得淘米的三大标志性IP：摩尔庄园（Mole’s World）、赛尔号（Seer）和小花仙（Flower Angel）。
此前，凹凸世界宣布发布NFT项目—AotuNFT，数量为4483，截至目前，AotuNFT地板价约为0.25 ETH ，累计成交约为550 ETH。
