美国SEC正式开启Bitwise比特币ETF申请审查程序

博链财经BroadChain获悉，7月14日，Bitcoin Archive称，美国证券交易委员会（ SEC ）正式承认Bitwise的 比特币 ETF申请。
据ETF分析师James Seyffart称，这正式开启了美国SEC的审查程序。
James Seyffart指出，这只是过程中的一个步骤，即使SEC计划下个月拒绝他们，也是有可能发生的。
此前，彭博社ETF分析师James Seyffart分享一张图片，罗列当前已递交19b-4申请的比特币现货ETF相关审核流程关键时间节点，其中SEC对Bitwise Bitcoin ETP Trust申请作出决定的下个期限为2023年9月1日，最后期限为2024年3月14日。
