Ark、VanEck等11个比特币现货ETF申请方均已递交修订版19b-4文件

博链财经BroadChain获悉，1月6日，Ark Invest、富达、Bitwise、灰度、Hashdex、Invesco、WisdomTree、Franklin Templeton、VanEck等11个申请方已就其 比特币 现货ETF递交修订版的19b-4文件。

彭博分析师James Seyffart表示：“虽然我们还没有跨过终点线，但已经很接近了。 我们需要首先看到这些修订版文件获得批准（预计下周会有结果），然后需要S-1文件生效（这也可能在下周发生）。然后就大功告成了。”

此前，彭博ETF分析师Eric Balchunas表示：“比特币现货ETF的审批进展基本上已经完成了。最近我从多个消息来源得知，最终的S-1文件提交将于（当地时间）周一8点截止，因为 SEC 正在努力让所有申请方都为1月11日的发布做好准备。也就是说，我仍然希望听到SEC正式宣布这一决定。”
