Seoul, South Korea, June 9th, 2025, Chainwire
Korea Blockchain Week 2025 (KBW2025), Asia’s premier Web3 conference, has announced its initial roster of featured speakers, bringing together influential voices from across the blockchain industry and global leadership. The event will take place at the Walkerhill Hotel & Resort in Seoul from September 23–24, alongside a week-long schedule of immersive Web3 activations and cultural programming.
Headlining the event are Arthur Hayes, Founder of Maelstrom; Bo Hines, representing the White House; and the founders of American Bitcoin, a joint venture between Hut 8 and the Trump Organization. They will be joined by a slate of prominent industry executives including Acting Chairman Caroline D. Pham (CFTC), Haseeb Qureshi (Dragonfly), Adeniyi Abiodun (Mysten Labs), Ben Zhou (Bybit), Mike Belshe (BitGo), Yat Siu (Animoca Brands), Luca Netz (Pudgy Penguins), and Frank Chaparro (The Block).
Together, these speakers represent a diverse cross-section of leaders at the forefront of innovation in decentralized technology, digital policy, institutional finance, and consumer adoption.
Seonik Jeon, Founder and CEO of FACTBLOCK said: “Korea Blockchain Week 2025 will set a new benchmark for Web3 discourse, bringing together an exceptional lineup of global thought leaders who will drive thought-provoking conversations on blockchain’s future, while reinforcing Seoul’s position as a global epicenter for Web3 innovation. We still have over 300 speakers to be announced, many of whom will be making their first ever appearance at Korea Blockchain Week.”
Now in its eighth year, KBW has become a critical platform for dialogue on blockchain’s most pressing topics, including AI integration, real-world asset (RWA) tokenization, L1/L2 scalability, and the intersection of geopolitics and Web3. In 2024, more than 66% of attendees were based in Korea, underscoring the country’s pivotal role in shaping the region’s blockchain narrative.
Attendees of KBW2025 can expect not only high-level discourse during the main conference, but also an expansive lineup of networking events, private meetings, art showcases, and cultural experiences—further solidifying Seoul’s reputation as a global hub for digital asset innovation. Conference Partners confirmed for the event, including Sui, Stable, and 0G will also be present to advance the conversation about Web3’s future and the innovations they are developing to facilitate this.
