PANews 12月8日消息，据彭博社报道，Ripple于 11月完成约5亿美元（估值约400亿美元）股份出售 ，投资方包括Citadel Securities、Fortress、Marshall Wace、Brevan Howard、Galaxy Digital与Pantera。部分投资人评估Ripple约九成净资产来自其持有的XRP（7月持有价值约1240亿美元，锁仓分批释放）。协议设保护条款：投资者3-4年内可按年化10%回报卖回；若Ripple选择回购则年化25%。此外设清算优先权。XRP自10月31日以来下跌约16%，较7月高点回落逾40%；截至周日，Ripple所持XRP估值约833亿美元，高于本次融资估值。Ripple称无IPO时间表。
