比特币和以太坊这几天持续布局高抛低吸思路，特别是公开布局的拉高空，昨天再次多次布局3150上方空姨太都拿下300到400点空间，整体还不错。比特币因美联储利率决议前的谨慎情绪呈震荡下行态势，以太坊相对抗跌但上行遇阻，两者短期走势均等待美联储政策落地指引，K线形态前期出现大幅波动后目前进入窄幅震荡整理状态。技术指标上DIF和DEA均值逐步上升，但MACD柱状图缩短，显示多头力量减弱，可能进入调整阶段。
日线连续收阳且高点逐步抬升，多头趋势延续但动能减弱。短线支撑在3050及89000一线，3000以及88000是核心心理支撑关口；上方首要阻力集中在3180到3240以及92000到94000区间。突破该区间则有望打开上行空间，四小时线多头表现较强，MACD连续放量形成金叉，但受阻力位压制未能持续上行。
晚间操作建议：比特币90500-91000附近空，目标88500-89000附近；以太坊3120-3140附近空，目标3000-3050附近。
