PANews 12月21日消息，据 The Block 报道，众议员 Max Miller（俄亥俄州共和党）和 Steven Horsford（内华达州民主党）正在起草一项名为《数字资产平等法案》（Digital Asset PARITY Act）的加密货币税收法案草案。该草案将为部分稳定币交易提供避税优惠，并推迟对验证区块链交易所获奖励的征税。该法案将免除 200 美元以下稳定币交易的资本利得税。作为美国国税局（IRS）现行指导意见与行业诉求之间的一种折衷方案，纳税人可以选择将质押和挖矿收益的税款递延五年，之后将按公允市场价值作为普通收入征税。该法案将洗售规则（防止投资者亏本出售后立即回购以骗取税收抵免）扩展到数字资产，并允许交易者采用市值计价法进行会计处理。
