国际货币基金组织：萨尔瓦多官方比特币钱包Chivo的出售谈判进展顺利

PANews 12月23日消息，据Cryptopolitan报道，国际货币基金组织（IMF）在对萨尔瓦多40个月延长基金安排（EFF）第二次审查中称，与政府就出售Chivo电子钱包及比特币项目的谈判“进展良好”，强调提升透明度与降低公共部门风险。IMF指出该国GDP今年预计约4%，财政整固按计划推进，2026预算支持缩减赤字并扩大社保支出。IMF要求公共部门暂停自愿增持BTC并逐步退出Chivo；官方报告称未再增持，但萨尔瓦多Bitcoin Office与Stacy Herbert多次宣称仍以“每日1枚”方式买入，持仓已增至7509 BTC ，双方说法存矛盾。
