PANews 12月24日消息，据SEC官网公告，美国证券交易委员会（SEC）起诉三家假冒加密资产交易平台Morocoin、Berge和Cirkor，以及四个投资俱乐部，指控其通过社交媒体广告引导散户加入WhatsApp群聊，以AI荐股名义诱骗投资者投资虚假平台和假冒证券代币，诈骗逾1,400万美元。诈骗手法包括虚构政府牌照、伪造交易记录及收取虚假提现费用。SEC正寻求永久禁令、民事罚款及不当得利追缴。
