PANews 1月7日消息，据香港证监会公告，盛宝金融（香港）有限公司因于2018年至2022年间向130名零售客户及6名专业投资者分销未获认可的虚拟资产相关产品，违反监管规定，被谴责并罚款400万元。证监会指出，盛宝未有评估客户虚拟资产知识、缺乏产品尽职审查及充分披露，相关缺失持续超过四年。盛宝已终止受规管活动，并自愿补偿客户损失，配合调查。
