乌克兰官员：法律不承认预测市场，Polymarket没有任何合法途径恢复运营

PANews 1月25日消息，据 CoinDesk 报道，一位参与制定乌克兰数字经济政策的高级官员表示，乌克兰目前没有针对 Web3 预测市场的法律框架，现行法律也不承认此类平台。

在乌克兰封锁 Polymarket 和近 200 个赌博相关网站几天后，乌克兰数字转型部数字经济发展项目办公室首席法律官 Dmitry Nikolaievsky 透露，虽然封禁 Polymarket 的决定遵循了现有的法律程序，但根本问题在于该国的法律框架根本不承认预测市场，而且短期内不太可能进行法律改革，因为在战时议会修改赌博定义的可能性极低，这使得预测市场陷入了法律僵局。
