Bitwise向美SEC提交Uniswap现货ETF S-1注册文件

PANews 2月6日消息，据官方文件，B itwise 已 向美国证券交易委员会（ SEC ）正式提交了 S-1 注册声明文件，申请推出 Bitwise Uniswap ETF 。 该产品由 Bitwise Investment Advisers 管理，托管方为 Coinbase Custody，目前不参与质押，但未来可能通过修订注册文件引入。
