币安创始人CZ在ALL-IN Podcast揭秘自己的第一次创业的经历。

2005年，他带着华尔街经验与一群外国朋友来到上海，打算做金融科技。他们租了豪华办公室，准备给中国券商、交易所提供技术服务。结果公司开张后才发现：他们注册的是一家外商独资企业（WFOE），根本不能服务中国的金融机构。

核心业务还没开始，路就堵死了。为了活下去，团队修过打印机、做过SAP实施、接过汽车行业外包……一干就是8年。

这段看似“跑偏”的经历，却让他学会了生存、管理与转型。
