PANews 2月27日消息，据Axios报道，Anthropic周四表示与五角大楼就Claude模型使用条款的谈判“几乎没有进展”，无法接受国防部提出的“最终报价”，核心分歧在于是否允许将Claude用于大规模监控美国公民及完全自主武器。美国国防部曾威胁将Anthropic列入供应链风险黑名单，或动用《国防生产法》强制其无条件提供模型。Anthropic CEO Dario Amodei称，即便面临被移出国防部项目，公司仍不会同意“所有合法用途”的要求，并将配合其平滑迁移至其他模型供应商。
