PANews 3月4日消息，据彭博社报道，欧洲央行的一份工作文件警告称，稳定币的广泛采用将对欧元区银行及欧洲央行的货币政策主权构成重大风险，尤其是与美元等外币挂钩的稳定币。论文指出，稳定币的快速扩张可能引发零售银行存款向数字资产重新配置，制约银行的信贷中介能力，增加政策利率向贷款规模传导的不确定性。若成熟的稳定币市场由非欧元计价工具主导，风险将进一步放大。荷兰央行行长表示，稳定币因其储备管理方式可能对金融体系核心构成风险。德国央行行长此前曾推崇欧元计价的稳定币用于支付。
