摩根士丹利更新比特币ETF申请文件，指定Coinbase和纽约梅隆银行为托管人

PANews 3月5日消息，据The Block报道，摩根士丹利已向SEC提交了比特币ETF的S-1修订文件，指定Coinbase Custody和纽约梅隆银行为托管人。文件还指定纽约梅隆银行为该基金的行政管理人、过户代理和现金托管人，Coinbase担任主经纪商。该基金将跟踪比特币现货价格。

摩根士丹利是全美资产排名第六的银行，此前曾提交过Solana信托基金的上市申请。Coinbase是美国大部分现货比特币ETF的主要托管人。
