PANews 3月6日消息，巴基斯坦议会通过《 Virtual Assets Act, 2026 》，为该国快速增长的数字金融领域建立全面监管框架。新法设立 Pakistan Virtual Assets Regulatory Authority （ PVARA ），负责对在巴经营的虚拟资产服务提供商进行许可、监管和监督，框架重点在于提升透明度、保护投资者，并维护虚拟资产市场的完整性与稳定，同时支持金融科技的“负责任创新”。该立法还赋予 PVARA 打击利用虚拟资产进行洗钱、恐怖融资等非法活动的权力，使巴基斯坦监管方式与国际标准接轨。
