PANews 3月10日消息，据DeFi教育基金首席法务官Amanda Tuminelli的帖子，美国司法部决定将在今年秋季对Tornado Cash联合创始人Roman Storm进行重审。此前首次审判中，陪审团未能就洗钱和违反制裁指控达成一致，仅裁定其经营无牌汇款业务罪名成立。尽管首次审判中检方存在明显失误，包括传唤无关证人、未能理解自身区块链证据的法证分析，以及第三方开发者责任指控存在法律和逻辑缺陷，纽约南区联邦检察官仍决定就起诉书中的第一和第三项指控重新审判。
