PANews 3月10日消息， 据 Axios 报道， Meta 已收购 AI 代理社交网络 Moltbook ，其创始人 Matt Schlicht 和 Ben Parr 将加入 Meta Superintelligence Labs （ MSL ），预计 3 月中旬完成交割。 Moltbook 作为面向 AI 代理的社交网络，与自主 AI 代理项目 OpenClaw 配套运行，后者已在 OpenAI 支持下开源。 Meta 表示，此次收购将用于探索 AI 代理为个人和企业执行任务的新方式， Moltbook 现有客户可在过渡期继续使用平台。 MSL 负责人为前 Scale AI CEO Alexandr Wang 。
