PANews 3月24日消息，据人民日报报道，中共中央办公厅、国务院办公厅近日印发《国有企业领导人员廉洁从业规定》，规定第七条明确，国有企业领导人员不得利用职权或职务影响谋取私利，包括不得接受、索取关联企业及业务往来单位、管理服务对象提供的礼品、礼金、有价证券、虚拟货币等财物，或约定在离职、退休后接受。
