PANews 3月24日消息，据CoinDesk报道，资产管理规模达2.2万亿美元的Invesco（ 景顺 ）将接管Superstate旗下约9亿美元的代币化美国国债基金USTB，正式进入代币化基金市场。该基金持有短久期美债，未来将在保持USTB代码与代币结构不变的前提下，更名为“Invesco Short Duration US Government Securities Fund”，预计于2026年二季度完成过渡。交易科技与链上基础设施仍由Superstate负责，包括代币化份额发行、链上结算及数字登记系统，Invesco的全球流动性团队则负责日常投资管理。该产品将使Invesco加入BlackRock、Franklin Templeton等参与约120亿美元规模代币化美债市场的传统资管机构行列。
