PANews 3月31日消息，据Bits.media报道，俄罗斯政府已批准一揽子加密货币监管法案，包括非合格投资者通过单个经纪商购买加密货币的年度限额为30万卢布（约3300美元），且只能购买央行名单中的高流动性数字资产，并需通过测试。合格投资者虽仍需测试，但无金额限制。通过受监管中介机构的交易被允许，但禁止无中介交易。俄公民可在境外购买加密货币，但须使用境外账户支付并向税务机关报告此类交易。行政处罚主要针对违规的兑换机构而非个人投资者。相关法案将在未来几天提交国家杜马审议。
