PANews 4月8日消息，据首尔经济报道，韩国执政党民主党数字资产特别工作组最新整合法案首次明确了实物资产代币化（RWA）的发行标准，要求发行方必须依据资本市场法将关联资产存入管理型信托，相关细则由总统令另行规定。对于稳定币，法案规定若用于外汇交易则视为外汇交易法项下的支付手段，运营方无需另行注册即自动纳入外汇管理部门监管，日常消费支付可豁免申报义务。法案同时明确禁止稳定币发行方以任何名义向持有者支付利息。金融委员会需为稳定币制定互操作性技术标准，以防韩元稳定币在多链发行时出现流动性分散。交易所以及分散的披露制度将整合至数字资产行业协会旗下的统一披露系统。交易所大股东持股限制及稳定币发行方持有银行股份等核心争议条款未被纳入本次法案。
