PANews 4月10日消息， 香港金管局已根据《稳定币条例》向两家机构发放首批稳定币发行人牌照 ，分别为 Anchorpoint Financial Limited（渣打香港、香港电讯及 Animoca Brands 合资公司）和香港上海汇丰银行。首阶段两家机构计划发行港元计价稳定币，重点用于跨境支付、本地支付和代币化资产结算，并探索可编程支付和供应链融资等场景。两家持牌机构需落实严格储备管理、价格稳定机制、赎回安排及反洗钱等风控，并在完成技术与运营准备后于今年年中至下半年正式推出产品。两家机构计划在未来数月完成准备并上线相关业务。
