PANews 4月16日消息，据央视新闻报道当地时间15日晚，据以色列方面消息，以色列军方为与黎巴嫩达成停火协议设定了三个基本条件：以色列军方要求建立一个延伸至利塔尼河的缓冲区并禁止黎巴嫩真主党在该区域活动；以军要求在利塔尼河以北地区采取完全的军事行动自由，旨在消除以方面临的威胁；以军要求在美方监督下，通过长期步骤解除黎巴嫩真主党武装。
