美参议院银行委员会定于5月14日举行CLARITY法案审议听证会

PANews 5月9日消息，据CoinDesk报道，美国参议院银行委员会宣布将于5月14日（下周四）上午10:30举行CLARITY法案审议听证会。该法案自1月以来因稳定币收益等问题陷入停滞，上个月参议员Thom Tillis和Angela Alsobrooks发布了妥协文本，禁止加密公司对静态稳定币储备提供收益，但允许对参与活动的稳定币给予奖励，这似乎解决了阻碍法案推进的关键问题之一。

银行业团体对该妥协文本仍有异议，包括美国银行家协会在内的多个行业组织表示“需要更多工作”。参议员Kirsten Gillibrand指出，法案需要增加道德条款，禁止高级政府官员在监管加密行业的同时从中获利，但这一问题可能不会在参议院银行委员会版本的法案中解决。
