PANews 5月12日消息，据CoinDesk报道，知情人士透露，Kraken母公司Payward正以200亿美元估值进行新一轮融资，Kraken拒绝就此发表评论。该公司近期加快了收购步伐，包括以6亿美元收购稳定币支付公司Reap、以5.5亿美元收购数字资产衍生品平台Bitnomial，以及2025年以15亿美元收购零售期货平台NinjaTrader。Payward于去年11月秘密向SEC提交了S-1注册声明草案，为上市做准备。联合CEO Arjun Sethi上周表示，公司“已80%准备好”上市。
