Winklevoss兄弟向加密交易所Gemini投资1亿美元

PANews 5月15日消息，据彭博社报道，加密交易所Gemini创始人Tyler和Cameron Winklevoss向该交易所进行了1亿美元的“战略投资”，以每股14美元的价格购买A类普通股，对价以比特币支付。该交易所股价周四收于5.26美元，盘后上涨约15%，过去一年累计下跌超80%。

Gemini一季度净亏损收窄至1.09亿美元，去年同期为1.49亿美元；营收增长42%至5000万美元，主要受信用卡等服务收入推动。CEO Tyler Winklevoss表示，市场严重低估了Gemini，这笔投资将助力公司从加密公司向市场公司转型。Gemini于2025年9月上市，此后不久加密市场开始下行。
