PANews 5月28日消息，据中国政府网网站，国务院在《城市更新“十五五”规划》中提出，将推进城市全域数字化转型，建设城市信息模型（CIM）基础平台，打造集约统一、数据融合、高效协同的数字底座。规划要求完善CIM基础数据库和标准体系，拓展“CIM+”在城市更新中的应用场景，并推进房屋建筑和市政设施赋码，建设国家房屋建筑和市政设施基础信息库。同时，文件提出推动区块链赋能住房交易、产权登记等业务，健全国家、省、城市三级城市运行管理服务平台体系，推动城市运行“一网统管”。
