PANews 6月4日消息，据格隆汇报道，马斯克旗下的SpaceX公司周三向美国证交会（SEC）提交的一份文件中披露，该公司计划在正式启动IPO推介工作之前，将发行价格固定在每股135美元（与消息人士透露的价格一致）。SpaceX表示，公司计划发行5.556亿股股票，以此筹集750亿美元资金。通常情况下，在IPO流程的这一阶段，发行方往往会设定一个价格区间，以便其能够测试市场在不同价格水平下的需求敏感度。然而，SpaceX采取了一种更为独特的定价策略。若按每股135美元的价格计算，SpaceX的估值将达到1.77万亿美元。这一估值将使SpaceX按市值计算成为美国第七大上市公司，并使其市值超越目前估值约为1.6万亿美元的。SpaceX计划于6月12日在交易所正式挂牌上市。
