PANews 6月5日消息，据彭博社报道，美国众议院筹款委员会正在准备立法，以构建加密货币税收结构，最早可能于周五发布，随后将在下周初举行听证会。筹款委员会主席Jason Smith将制定数字资产税收框架作为首要任务，财政部也参与了这一进程。该委员会预计将发布七项法案，涉及挖矿或质押获得的代币何时征税、部分稳定币交易免征资本利得税、数字资产与证券税收待遇对等（包括慈善捐赠）、允许外国投资者交易美国证券而不作为国内企业纳税的安全港、以及将洗售规则扩展至数字资产。
