月之暗面寻求以300亿美元的估值融资至多20亿美元

PANews 6月8日消息，据彭博社报道，中国人工智能初创公司月之暗面（Moonshot AI）正在新一轮融资中寻求筹集至多20亿美元，估值目标300亿美元。该公司开发了Kimi聊天机器人，已与潜在投资者进行初步谈判。此轮融资正值月之暗面即将完成由美团领投的一轮融资之际，该轮融资后估值达200亿美元。若达成最新融资目标，公司估值将从去年12月的40亿美元增长七倍。

月之暗面的年度经常性收入在4月已超过2亿美元，公司正在拆除境外架构以筹备香港IPO，计划通过合资结构允许境外投资者继续参与。
