俄罗斯最大银行 Sberbank 拟年内上线合规加密钱包与托管服务

PANews 7月6日消息，据CoinDesk报道，俄罗斯最大银行 Sberbank 计划在12月前上线加密货币钱包和数字托管库，前提是“数字货币与数字权利法案”于9月正式生效。该服务将集成进“Sberbank Online”和“SberInvestments”应用，为客户提供在银行体系内接触获授权加密资产的入口。新法将为加密交易、托管、法币兑换和跨境结算设立牌照框架，非合格投资者交易额度约为每年30万卢布（约合3,800美元）。包括 VTB、T-Bank 在内的其他大型银行也在筹备相关数字托管业务。
