PANews 7月13日消息，据CoinDesk报道，美国证券登记行业组织Securities Transfer Association（STA）致信SEC，敦促在制定证券上链规则时优先支持由发行公司授权并记入官方股东名册的“issuer-sponsored”链上股票，而非第三方平台发行的合成或托管代币。STA指出，未经发行人授权的“wrapper”式代币会模糊股东权利，使投资者承担平台信用、托管与运营风险，并建议任何创新豁免、试点或长期框架仅适用于issuer-sponsored模式，同时要求第三方产品必须取得发行人同意、强化信息披露与合规。信中还呼吁SEC推动DTCC及登记机构升级Direct Registration System，以满足链上证券更高效率的过户与结算需求。
