PANews 7月15日消息，据路透社报道，支付公司Stripe与私募股权公司Advent International联合向PayPal提出收购要约，报价每股60.50美元，估值超530亿美元，较PayPal周二收盘价溢价约28%。该要约于本月早些时候提交，获得约500亿美元银行承诺融资支持。Stripe和Advent在4月初曾有过初步接触，目前尚未收到PayPal回应，双方正寻求在本月底前达成协议。根据提议，Stripe和Advent将共同持有PayPal，各占50%股权，而非分拆公司。
