PANews 7月21日消息，据彭博社报道，中国大模型公司 Moonshot AI（月之暗面）计划自 8 月起启动 Pre-IPO 轮融资洽谈，目标估值最高达 500 亿美元，并拟在香港上市。公司刚结束一轮以 315 亿美元估值进行的融资，预计数日内完成交割，随后将立即开启新一轮融资，这将是 IPO 前最后一轮。报道援引消息人士称，Moonshot 旗下 2.8 万亿参数开源大模型 Kimi K3 上线后，年化经常性收入在 6 月已达 3 亿美元，较 4 月的 2 亿美元明显提升，日销售额自 K3 发布以来增长至少 6 倍。
